Mood Board

Mood board of all the artists we take inspiration from. These artists are very good examples of who we will be trying to replicate in terms of clothes and appearence, as they all dress to the genre of hip-hop. They are also very good examples of where we will gain inspiration for the music video, they all have a certain attitude which is apparent in all hip-hop video's, which is a very confident almost 'cocky' appearance. This attitude fits this genre because if they aren't confident in there music no-one else will be. We also look to these artists for ideas of what props we will be using.

These artists all have a different style but all are relevant to the video we will be making, for example kid cudi wears crooks n castles where as pharell promotes his own brands such as billionaire boys club, both brands are different but both are ideal for our music video we are going to produce.

 These brands shown vary from superdry which is a very mainstream and popular brand which Jerimih is wearing, but not necasserily a brand you would associate with hip-hop, to LRG which wale is wearing and is also a maintream brand but is very much associated with hip-hop and is one of the most popular brands associated with hip-hop. Crooks and castles is also represented in the mood board, which kid cudi is wearing is a relatively underground brand which is becoming more and more mainstream, and is represented in hip-hop not necasserily because it is made for hip-hop but because hip-hop artists are choosing to wear them.
