Wale Ft. Lady Gaga - Chillin
In this snapshot of the music video i really liked the way that the "W" on his jacket for "wale" and as he says Wale the W enlarges. i think this use of editing is effective. Also i really like the setting of which has been used for this shot, it seems a bit rough with the plain brick wall which fits the genre of hip-hop. I also like the use of the close/mid shot on Wale and Lady Gaga in the background. This shows Wale is taking the lead in the video as it's his song and only featuring Lady Gaga.
I feel that this snapshot is very effective in the way that it suggests that he’s willing to go through what ever to get to what he needs, this fits well with the hip-hop genre and the way that hip-hop artist are seen by the media. Also the used of the phrase "I Have A Dream" which is from a speech by Martin Luther King, Jr. This speech played a huge part in the future of hip-hop, getting freedom to the blacks and because of this many of the black artists use his name and quotes in their song lyrics.
I really like this set of shots showing Wale trying on and changing clothes. What i like most is that it doesnt actually show him trying them on. I also like that these shots have been filmed in a walk in wardrobe, this fits the hip-hop genre, they have loads of money, big houses, many different clothes and shoes.

Aaron. This needs to be finished. You are continually assessed throughout the production for organisation and team work for research and planning. Being in a group doesn't mean you all get the same mark, if you don't pull your weight you'll get a low mark and could possibly drag down your team mates.
